Condominium Facilities include a large swimming pool, big function room, spacious BBQ pit area complete with lots of seats and tables, badminton court, tennis courts, and gym. Cars will be protected with sheltered carparks and our 24hr security. There are also ample visitor lots. Motorcycle parking is also available.

We also have easy access East Coast Beach/Park to the many activites like roller blading, cycling and jogging which is connected via PCN to Gardens by the Bay and Kallang Wave/National Stadium. Social leisure activities options are endless with the vibrant nightlife (restaurants, cafes, PUBS, etc) bars and restaurants at the east coast parkway thats just a stone's throw away from us.

There is also well-stocked friendly neighbourhood store, 7-11, post office and plenty of famous eateries within 5 mins walk to Tanjong Katong and East Coast Road.

East Coast Road :
Taste Singaporean local delights @ some of the famous hawker stalls of Katong. e.g laksa, , Peranakan Food, Rojak/otah and more. Aston steakhouse, Brozeit, fusion-vegetarian restaurant and other newer establishment @Katong Village gives you even more variety.
Visit Katong Shopping Centre for the cheap toiletries and good chinese desserts and Cold Storage @ 112 Katong or FairPrice at Katong Vfor grocery shopping.

Tanjong Katong Road(Katong post Office Side):
Need a midnight snack/drink visit 7-eleven,Newly established taverns, cafes, Italian restaurants, or the local eateries here.
